One of the best ways I teach my kids mental strength is to mirror these qualities in my own life. Kids learn how to respond in different situations by watching what we do. So, being cognizant of my own mental toughness & health is a big part of their growth so daily improvement is a must.
Love Unconditionally
When we accept, love, and show affection to our children, even when they make mistakes or fall short of expectations, this is love unconditional. In other words, it is a form of love with no strings attached. Therefore, we love our children for who they are, no matter what!
